This means we can ship most items the same day you place your order (for orders placed before 3:30 PM Pacific Time). If you need something right away, specify overnight delivery and you'll have it the next business day. Try Before You Buy
There is no better way to know you are purchasing the right equipment. Instead of our sales team traveling around doing demos, in most cases we can ship the equipment to you for a free, no obligation, one-week trial. Our staff will quickly train you over the phone to use your machine. You have the opportunity to test the machine and supplies before you buy them. You can make sure you are getting the poster printer that is right for you. And since our sales and support staff are always in the office, they are easy to reach if you have any questions.

We Service Most Brands
Our expensive experience and knowlegeable staff makes it easy for us to service most brands of poster printers such as Varitronics, Gestetner, Fuji, Minnesota-Western and Lanier. We've found that most problems can be solved just by giving us a call. We'll also be happy to replace lost user's manuals at no charge. If your equipment is damaged or worn out, our service technicians can repair it--if it is not beyond repair. In many cases we are even able to send a free loaner while yours is in for service. Free Loaners
Eventually there you may need to send in your poster printer for a tune-up, cleaning or repairs. Our service staff typically can get your machine back to you ASAP. However, we are aware that down time may be a problem at times. Therefore, we often can provide a free loaner machine while yours is in for service. This service is provided on a case-by-case basis, and it may not be available at all times. Please talk with your customer service representative.

We Honor Manufacturer Warranties
What happens when a manufacturer doesn't honor the promises they made in their warranty? Maybe their ownship changes or they discontinue a product line. Our policy is that we fully honor all manufacturers' warranties--even if the manufacturer goes out of business. To start with, we only sell products from reputable manufacturers--companies you can trust to stand behind their products. But, should something happen and the manufacturer is not able to honor a warranty, we will. You can buy with confidence, because we'll be here with free technical support (for our customers) and skilled service when you need it.
